Siddharth is a Chemical Engineer, by qualification. He has a rich experience managing various businesses  since the last 20 years.

His strengths include  - creatively finding unique, viable solutions to problems and getting the job done while maintaining peace and harmony amongst a large team.

He is soft spoken and extremely determined.
